Lessons involve everyday activities such as sitting down, standing up and walking, speaking etc. During a lesson I will enable you to discover how ingrained habits can interfere with your well-being.
Lessons help you learn how to prevent these habitual reactions, how to bring about improvement in your use and functioning. Overtime you will rediscover new ways of preparing for activity and movement and integrate into everyday activity.
A course of 20-30 lessons is recommended for ongoing work by yourself.
